Management has been defined as many things, including the aspect of “planning, leading, organizing and controlling” organization. Pick any aspect of management and describe the characteristics of good management for this aspect. Describe, and illustrate with a brief example, how such good management impacts positively on the organisation’s outcomes and stakeholders.
