What would a good starter comic be for someone who wants to start collecting Batman comics?
It's my boyfriends birthday coming up and he wants to start a batman comic collection. Now I don't have the largest budget in the world, so the first comics would be a no no, but I don't want to just buy a random one. Any ideas?

Well if you are serious about making money off collecting comics you will have to be dishing out Major money as comics are no longer very collectible and the ones that are are expensive, if you are doing it as a hobey then i would go for one of the more popular batman stories like "Batman: Hush"
