We have leagues with the same friends every year. In the past, people have stopped looking early into the season because they are too "busy" to look every day. Is there a format, like fantasy football, where everyone sets their roster for one week?

you can set your league on a weekly basis where there is a deadline to set your starters on all the games of a certain week.

Yahoo is offering that format. just click on the roster changes under league setting when you set up a league. you can choose daily and weekly where the deadline is set every Monday after that, your starters will be automatically locked for the whole week.
